We decided to stay an extra day to be able to take park in the happenings! Another great advantage of being retired and flexible! We started the day with a breathtaking hike in a dog park which follows the Sioux River. They paths were rustic and wove thru high blooming wild flowers and prairie grass. It also took us through areas of forest which blooming wild flowers and gentle breezes.
Now for the big event! The Monster Truck Mania! WE had never been so thought "why not"! We were definately the only ones there without kids but hey! we are kids at heart!
Our final hurrah was to take Duke through the Corn Maze back at our Jellystone Campground! We didn't do very well, go lost and it took us 20 minutes to find our way back out, never made it to all the check points!
