Today we were driving 1 1/2 hours from Mount Rushmore to Spearfish! We stopped at Bear Country which is a 2 1/2 mile loop surrounded by open and natural habitats for lots of wild life, especially very large black and brown bears. Don't be fooled they are wild animals! You must keep windows up and have a hardtop on your vehicle! The bears just meandered everywhere, even right next to our car! We had one black bear keep going in front of us back and forth so we couldn't continue to move.
This next shot is from my review mirror! This BIG black bear kept walking around our car!!
Never a dull moment! On our way to our next campground the emision light came on! Well, we were near a big city so we knew we needed to pull over to find a place to check it out! Well, finding a place to pull 60 feet of vehicle that can't go in reverse while towing is a challenge soooooo, I go to google earth and find a church nearby that had a big enough parking lot, hopefully, that we could pull into and make phone calls and make a plan! We found a shop that we could bring it to to have the codes read. After a two hour delay and finding out that we needed to go to a different shop Dana started the coach and low and behold the light was off! God is good. We continued on our journey and arrived safely to the destination of our first rally!
